Dr. Cox provides medication management via telehealth to clients from age 6 to 99+  to treat mental health needs including:

  • ADHD
  • Depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Anxiety disorders
  • PTSD and trauma disorders
  • Binge Eating Disorder
  • Obesity
  • Substance Use disorders
  • Schizophrenia
  • She also offers Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) and coordinates with therapists for substance use disorder.

Dr. Cox has over 40 years of experience in healthcare and is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has a vision to build a healthy community of individuals and families in Minnesota, Colorado and the Big Island of Hawaii. By providing compassionate patient-centered care to clients across the life span, her focus is a holistic approach to the treatment plan. Psychotherapy is also provided as part of her services with the primary focus on Medication Management.

Dr. Cox received her masters of family nursing practice (FNP) and her doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, CO. She received her post doctorate certificate as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from the University of Colorado at Denver Anshutz Medical Campus.
