Hanna Smith, MPS, LADC, LPCC

Hanna Smith is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She received her Master’s of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and has 9 years of experience working with children and adults in outpatient treatment settings. Her work has taught her that building an authentic relationship with each client is key to success in therapy.

Hanna focuses on helping people identify, accept, and change unhelpful thinking and emotional patterns, as well as helping people build coping skills and strategies to feel better in difficult moments. She believes that mindfulness and self-compassion are vital to improving mental and emotional health. She takes a whole-person approach to wellness and loves to help clients explore how lifestyle changes, creativity, and spirituality can improve wellbeing.
