Sarah Collins, MA

Sarah Collins is a Post-Master’s Fellow under the supervision of Dr. Erin Shields and Dr. Elizabeth Wagner. With over 10 years of experience in mental health work, Sarah brings a deep commitment to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, calm and clarity. She holds a Master’s in Counseling from Saint Mary’s University Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Catherine University. Sarah works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Sarah’s therapeutic style is collaborative, and meaning-oriented. Drawing from Person Centered and Humanistic theories, Sarah believes in the transformative power of connection and strives to build trusting, respectful relationships with her clients. She incorporates creativity and curiosity into her work with clients and utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
