Shawn is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has been in the helping profession for over 20 years and has been specializing in adult mental health since 2008. She has a supportive and compassionate approach focusing on the client-therapist relationship. Through this approach she incorporates evidence-based treatments such as:
