Vivienne Lorijn, MA, MSW, LICSW

Vivienne Lorijn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience providing assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. After obtaining her Master in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland (UK), Vivienne completed her Master of Social Work degree at Columbia University in New York. She approaches therapy from an emotion-focused, insight-oriented, relational perspective and works with each person to find the therapy style that is best for them. 

Vivienne uses a compassionate, warm and nonjudgmental approach. She incorporates aspects of her past experience as a social anthropologist and a culturally diverse individual to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with individuals of various cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, with a proficient knowledge of German and French.
