Angela Erspamer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Thomas’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Angela has experience working with older teens, young adults, adults, and couples in outpatient settings. Angela’s approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, with a strong focus on mindfulness, multiculturalism, and non judgmental individualized person centered support, with a foundation of feminist, existentialist, and attachment based theories. She aims to provide meaningful and corrective experiences for clients and empower them to reach their goals and realize their potential and values so they can create full and meaningful lives.
