ELEOS Psychology Center is excited to announce new postdoctoral fellowship opportunities available for the training year 2023-2024 with three tracks available, Adult, Child & Family, and Generalist.

At ELEOS Psychology Center we are dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find more joy, resilience, and insight. From a systemic and trauma informed approach we, are committed to helping parents discover the most effective parenting strategies, helping families interact with more empathy and compassion, and helping couples reconnect.

We treat most issues related to: Anxiety, Adjustment, Attention, Behavior, Depression, Grief, OCD, Parenting, Relationships, Tourette’s, Trauma.

Postdoctoral fellows will advance their expertise in treatments such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Exposure and Response Prevention
  • Parent Child Interaction Therapy
  • Comprehensive Behavioral Interventions for Tics
  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
  • Relational Life Therapy
  • Internal Family Systems
  • Emotion Focused Therapy
  • Play Therapy
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Adlerian Therapy

Training program opportunities include:

  • Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) didactic seminar
  • PCIT certification
  • Child and adolescent assessment and therapy didactic seminar
  • Adult and adolescent psychodynamic therapy didactic seminar
  • Couples therapy didactic seminar
  • Gender identity and Sexuality didactic seminar
  • Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing training

Fellows will receive the following:

  • $50,000 salary
  • Health, Vision, & Dental insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% matching
  • Five weeks Paid Time Off (200 hours)
  • Windowed and beautifully furnished therapy office
  • Telemedicine platform to work remotely during COVID-19
  • Electronic Health Record Platform
  • Play/Art therapy supplies
  • Extensive training and supervision
  • Treatment manuals and educational resources
  • Appointment scheduling, fee collection, and insurance verification/billing on your behalf
  • Steady stream of client referrals
  • Opportunity to continue on as a Licensed Psychologist at $100,000+

The ideal candidate:

  • Has completed a PsyD or PhD
  • Is relational and compassionate
  • Is interested in treating a broad range of disorders
  • Will offer a flexible schedule including two evenings
  • Is willing to learn, ask questions, accept constructive feedback and diplomatically express needs and concerns
