Molly Olson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Molly received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University.

Molly has over 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has
worked in a variety of mental health care settings including home based, school based, outpatient and
residential inpatient. Molly’s approach to therapy is strongly rooted in family systems, with emphasis on
the importance of building a solid therapeutic relationship in which she can collaboratively work
towards positive and effective change for each person. Molly uses the following evidence-based
approaches:
